Indian Navy invites online Applications from Unmarried Indian Male Candidates for enrollment as SAILOR for ARTIFICER APPRENTICE (AA) - 139 Batch. Course Commencing from Feb -2016.
Post Name: Sailor (Unmarried Male Candidates Only) for Artificer Apprentice
Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with 60% or more marks in aggregate with Maths & Physics and atleast one of these subjects; Chemistry / Biology / Computer Science.
Nationality: Indian
Age Limit: Candidates should have been born between 01 Feb 1996 to 31 Jan 1999 (Both Dates inclusive).
Selection Process: Selection will be based on
(i) Written Test: Exam Duration will be one hour Only.
(ii) Physical Fitness Test (PFT):
PFT will consist of 1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes, 20 squat ups (Uthak Baithak) and 10 Push-ups. Candidates undergoing PFT will do so at their own risk.
Advisory: Proficiency in sports, swimming and extra-curricular activities is desirable.
(iii) Medical Standards: A Candidate's hight should be minimum 157 cms. and Minimum Chest expansion should be 5 cms.

How to Apply: All the Interested unmarried Indian Male Candidates can Apply Online through Official website of Indian Navy www.joinindiannavy.gov.in from 09 June 2015. After opening this website Click on "Apply Online Sailors Entry" to fulfill your Application Form. Before Clicking the 'SUBMIT' button make sure all the details are correct.
After Filling Up forms Online, Candidate can send hard copy dully signed, alongwith attested copies of matriculation certificate, 10+2 marksheet, domicile, NCC Certificate (if held) & one self addressed envelop of size 22×10 cms with Rs 10/- stamp affixed on envelope And Write on the envelop "Online AA Application-139 Batch & 10+2 percentage." to be forwarded by Ordinary post only to Post Box No. 476, Gol Dak Khana, GPO, New Delhi-110001 on or before 26.06.2015.
