Air India Air Transport Services Limited (AIATSL) invites for the Post of Customer Agent, Senior Customer Agent & Security Agent on a fixed Term Contract basis for a period of three years which may be renewed subject to their performance and the requirement of the Company - AIATSL.
Post Name: Customer Agent
No. of Post: 80 Vacancies
Location: Chandigarh
Height: Not below 158 cms. for Male and 152.5 cms. for Female candidates (Relaxation in height of 2.5 cms. to SC/ST candidates and candidates belonging from North-East Region).
Selection Process: Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview, Pre-Employment Medical Examination.

Qualification For Customer Agent: Graduate in any discipline/faculty (minimum 3 years’ duration) from a recognized University with knowledge of basic computer operations.
Language Proficiency: Should be conversant in English. Knowledge of Local & Hindi languages i.e. ability to understand and speak is desirable.

No. of Post: For Northern Region - 68 & For Delhi - 132 Vacancies.
Location: Delhi
Height: Not below 172 cms. for Male and 160 cms. for Female candidates. (Relaxation in height of 2.5 cms for SC/ST Candidates, Gorkhas, and those hailing from North-East states and hilly areas on production of proof of domicile of these areas as applicable). Medical Certificate from the Registered Medical Practitioner, indicating actual height in cms. and weight in kgs. must be attached with the application.
