Police Department, Haryana invites online Applications for direct recruitment of various posts of Constable & Sub Inspector 2015 through HARYANA STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION (HSSC).

(i)  Cat. No. 1
Post Name: Male Constable (General Duty)
No. of Posts: 5000 Vacancies
Qualification: (a) The minimum educational qualification for the post of Constable shall be 10+2 for all categories. (b) Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard.
Age Limit: 18-25 years
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200+ Rs. 2000 G.P

(ii) Cat. No. 2
Post Name: Female Constable (General Duty)
No. of Post: 1000 Vacancies
Qualification: (a) The minimum educational qualification for the post of Constable shall be 10+2 for all categories. (b) Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard.
Age Limit: 18-25 years
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200+ Rs. 2000 G.P

(iii) Cat. No. 3
Post Name: Female Ex-serviceman  Constable (General Duty)
No. of Post: 140 Vacancies
Qualification: (a) The minimum educational qualification for the post of Constable shall be 10+2 for all categories. (b) Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard.
Age Limit: 18-25 years
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200+ Rs. 2000 G.P

(iv) Cat. No. 4
Post Name: Male Ex-serviceman Constable (General Duty)
No. of Post: 860 Vacancies
Qualification: (a) The minimum educational qualification for the post of Constable shall be 10+2 for all categories. (b) Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard.
Age Limit: 18-25 years
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200+ Rs. 2000 G.P

(v) Cat. No. 5
Post Name: Sub Inspector(Male)
No. of Post: 200 Vacancies
Qualification: (a) Graduate from a recognized University.(b) Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard.
Age Limit: 21-27 Years
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 + Rs. 4000 G.P

Selection Process: The candidates will be selected through following process:

   (a) Physical Screening Test (PST)
   (b) Knowledge Test (KT)
   (c)  Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
   (d) Interview cum Personality Test


Application Fee:

For Constable GD:

Rs.100/- for General Male & General Female (Non Resident of Haryana only)

Rs.50/- for General Female (Resident of Haryana only)

Rs.25/- for Male candidates of SC, BC, SBC, EBPG categories

Rs.13/- for Female candidates of SC, BC, SBC, EBPG categories

No Fee for Ex-Servicemen of Haryana

For Sub Inspector (SI):

Rs.150/- for General Male

Rs.35/- for Male candidates of SC, BC, SBC, EBPG categories

No Fee for Ex-Servicemen of Haryana.
