BSF invites Online Application for various recruitment of Junior Engineer (JE) / Sub Inspector (Electrical) Group ‘B’, Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial, Engineering (Combatised) for Engineering Set up in the Border Security Force Engineering Set up for the year-2015.
Post Name: Junior Engineer/Sub Inspector (Electrical)
No. of Post: 20 Posts (GEN-12, OBC-03, SC-03, ST-02)
Qualification: 3 Years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an Institute recognized by the Central or State Government.
Age Limit: A Candidate's age should be between 18-30 Years.
Age Relaxation:
(i) SC/ST - 05 Years
(ii) OBC - 03 Years
(iii) Ex. Servicemen (Unreserved) - 03 Years
Selection Process: A Candidate's selection will be based on Written Examination, Documentation, Physical Standards Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Practical Test, Interview, Medical Examination.
Application Fee: Candidates will have to pay Rs.50/- by a Demand Draft(DD) / Indian Postal Order (IPO) as examination fee in favour of the addressee to whom the application is addressed. However, fee is exempted for all women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled caste, Scheduled Tribe, BSF Candidates, Ex-Servicemen.

Last Date: 30 Days from the Date of Advertisement Publication on Employment News.
How To Apply: Two recent passport size photographs should be attached to the application. One each photograph to be affixed on the application form and admit card. Three self addressed envelopes of size of 25X12 cms with postal stamp worth Rs. 39/- each should also be attached with the application form. The envelope containing application must be super scribed in bold letters as "APPLICATION FOR DIRECT RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF JUNIOR ENGINEER/SUB INSPECTOR (ELECTRICAL) IN BSF ENGINEERING SET UP-2015".
Application duly filled up in the given format may be sent to any one of the following addresses nearest to the candidate within 30 days from the date of publication of advertisement in the Employment News and candidates belonging to far flung areas as specified in para I (6)be sent within 45 days from the date of publication of advertisement in the employment news.
