NIFTM invites online vacancy for the Non-Teaching Posts as Controller of Examination, Assistant Registrar, Private Secretary, Personal Assistant, Lab Incharge and Lab Technician.

1. Controller of Examination - 01 Post
   Qualification:  A Post Graduate degree with at least 55% marks or its Equivalent grade. 
   Experience: At least 15 year of experience as Lecturer/Asst. Professor in the AGP of Rs. 7000 and above or with 8 years of service in the AGP of Rs. 8000 and above including Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration. Or Comparable experience in research establishments and other institutions of higher education. Or 15 years of administrative experience out of which eight years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
   Pay Scale: PB-4 Rs.37400- 67000 with Grade Pay of Rs. 10000/-
   Upper Age Limit: 55 years

2. Assistant Registrar - 02 Posts
   Qualification: Master's Degree with atleast 55% marks or equivalent grade.
   Experience: Eight years relevant experience in a responsible supervisory position (in the PB-2, Grade Pay Rs.4200) out of which atleast 3 years in the immediate lower Grade Pay of Rs.4800/4600 in PB -2, OR Officers holding Master's Degree with atleast 55% marks or equivalent grade and holding analogous post on regular basis in Central / State / Govt. Departments / Autonomous body / Public Sector Undertaking /Government educational institutions / Universities are also eligible.
   Pay Scale: PB–3, Rs. 15600-39100/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/-
   Age Limit: 40 years as on 15/01/2015

3. Private Secretary - 01 Post
   Qualification: (i) Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 50% or more marks from a recognized University and proficiency in English. 
(ii) Shorthand (English) speed of 100 w.p.m. and typing speed of 40 w.p.m. in English on computer.
   Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as Personal Assistant in the PB-2 of Rs.9300-34800 with GP of Rs.4200/- in central or state Universities / Institutions / Govt. Departments.
   Pay Scale: PB-2, Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4,600/- 
   Age Limit: 35 years as on 15 jan 2015.

4. Personal Assistant - 02 Posts
   Qualification: (i) Graduate in any discipline with 50% or more marks from a recognized University and proficiency in English. 
(ii) Shorthand (English) speed of 100 w.p.m. and typing speed of 40 w.p.m. in English on computer. 
  Experience: minimum two years as Stenographer in the Pay Band – 1 of Rs.5200-20200 with GP of Rs.2400/- in Central or State Universities / Institutions /Government Departments / PSUs / Autonomous bodies. 
  Pay Scale: Pay Band – 2, Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-
  Age Limit: 30 years as on 15 Jan 2015

5. Lab Incharge - 05 Posts
   Qualification: M.Sc. in Food Science /Food Technology/ Food Science & Technology with 60% or more marks.
   Experience: at least three years relevant experience in Pay Band -1 : Rs. 5200 – 20,200 + Grade Pay of Rs. 2800 in Government Organizations / Institutes/ Universities /Labs or in Industry/private sector on equivalent salary, with experience of working in a Food Science/Bio related Lab/Lab of any discipline of Science/Instrumentation and knowledge about laboratory operations.
  Pay Scale: PB–2, Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/-
  Age Limit: 35 Years as on 15 Jan 2015

6. Lab Technician - 06 Posts
   Qualification: Three years diploma with 60% or more marks in Food process Engineering/ Food Engineering/Food Technology/ Food Science & Technology.
   Experience: three years relevant experience in Pay Band -1  Rs. 5200 – 20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 2400 in Government Organizations / Institutes/ Universities/Labs or equivalent salary in Industry/private sector with relevant working experience in  Food Science/Bio related Lab/Lab of any discipline of Science/Instrumentation.
   Pay Scale: PB–1, Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/-
   Age Limit: 30 Years As on 15 Jan 2015

Last Date of Submission Application: 15/01/2015
