Job Details: The Chief Commissioner of Income-tax (Cadre Controlling Authority), Ahmedabad invites applications from Indian citizens for the recruitment of meritorious sportspersons in different games and sports for the posts of Inspector of Income-Tax, Tax Assistant And Multi Tasking Staff.

1. Inspector of Income-Tax (03-Posts)
   Qualification: Degree of a recognized university or equivalent.
   Age-Limit: 18-287 Years as on 31/01/213
   Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800/- (Grade Pay Rs.4600/-)

2. Tax Assistant (15-Posts)
   Qualification: Degree as above and Data Entry Speed of 8000 key depression per hour.
   Age-Limit: 18-27 Years as on 31/01/2013
   Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/-(Grade Pay Rs.2400/-)

3. Multi Tasking Staff (10-Posts)
   Qualification: Matriculation equivalent from a recognized University / Board.
   Age-Limit: 18-25 Years as on 31/01/2013
   Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- (Grade Pay Rs.1800/-).

List of Games/Sports: Application from meritorious sports persons in respect of following games/ sports will be accepted. Applicants are required to mention double digit sports code in their application form.

How to Apply: Applications must be submitted in the format given in Annexure-ll and addressed to the ITO (PR), O/o Chief Commissioner of Income-tax (CCA), Room No.44, Ground Floor, Aaykar Bhavan, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad- 380009, Gujarat, by post / by hand so as to reach the office on or before 17/05/13 (up to 5.00 p.m.).
The envelope containing the application shall also be super scribed as "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF .................... UNDER MERITORIOUS SPORTS PERSONS QUOTA / SPORTS CODE-..................”
