Job Details: Application are invited for the Post of Scouts & Guides Quota.
Qualification: 10 th pass / ITI / equivalent from recognised board.
Age Limit: 18-33 years as on 01-01-2013.
Processing Fee: The processing fee for recruitment against Scouts & Guides Quota will be Rs. 40/- Date of issuing of IPO/Bank Draft should not be before the date of issue of this Employment Notice. SC/ST candidates, Women, Minorities, Economically Backward Class and Ex. Servicemen are exempted from payment of examination fee. Postal Order/Bank Draft should be in the name of
(i) Sr Divisional Finance Manager, Jabalpur payable at Jabalpur for Jabalpur Division.
(ii) Sr Divisional Finance Manager, Bhopal payable at Bhopal for Bhopal Division.
(iii) Sr Divisional Finance Manager, Kota payable at Kota for Kota Division.
Econ. Backward Class means the candidate whose family income is lass than Rs 50,000/ per annum. The income certificate issued by DM / SDM/ Tahsildar is required.
Pay Scale: Rs.-5200 - 20200 Grade Pay Rs-1800

How to Apply: The given format should be neatly typed or handwritten either in Hindi or English. One Passport size photograph duly signed should be pasted on the application in the space provided and similar two passport size photographs duly signed on reverse should be clipped along with the application form. Applications should be sent by ordinary post in a closed envelope or to be dropped in the box provided for the purpose in Recruitment Section of “P” Deptt. upto 17.00 hours at above address mentioned. The last date for receipt of application is 22.02.2013 upto 17.00 hrs. On the top of the envelope “A P P L I C AT I O N F O R R E C R U I T M E N T A G A I N S T SCOUTS AND GUIDES QUOTA” & “ EMPLOYMENT NOTICE NO. 1/SQ/Scout &Guide /2012-13 / Division.......... /JBP / BPL / KTT” should be super-scribed. No application will be accepted after the closing date for whatever reason and any enclosure received separately after the receipt of application will not be entertained.
